This role requires reliable transportation, ownership of basic hand and power tools, and professional residential remodeling experience. Compensation includes a commission-based hourly rate of $30–$60+, weekly pay, a weekly fuel stipend, and a paid tool allowance after one year. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose jobs that fit your skill set whenever possible.
