Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) for residential homes and facilities in Amarillo, TX. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, completing tasks safely and in compliance with local regulations, installing/troubleshooting/repairing mechanical systems and structural components, basic electrical/plumbing tasks, coordinating with management for outside contractors, reviewing contractor estimates, and assisting with inspections. Requires a high school diploma or GED with three years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, own tools, reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed), and a flexible schedule.
