Handyman

Perform basic tasks including painting, filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs. Execute light repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances, and handle tile flooring, wall, paint, and building repairs as needed. Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs, while responding to restaurant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks, including landscaping and snow removal responsibilities. This role supports multiple restaurants in an assigned region. A valid driver's license is required.
