Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical trades within a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Manage job tracking and scheduling via company app while providing direct customer service to homeowners. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Mileage is reimbursed for local driving between appointments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
