Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades within a dedicated territory of 40–50 homes. Manage scheduled appointments using an internal app while providing customer service and building relationships with homeowners. Troubleshoot and fix issues independently, maintaining high attention to detail on finishes and installations. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Includes $37/hr plus $1500 sign-on bonus and 100% paid health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
