Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical trades within a dedicated 40-50 home territory. Manage job tracking and scheduling via company app while providing customer service to homeowners. Maintain clean work standards and troubleshoot issues independently across multiple trade areas. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Includes $36 hourly pay, paid mileage, and full health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
