Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work within a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Manage scheduled appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm using our job tracking app, providing customer service and building trusted relationships with homeowners. Handle tasks such as door installation, drywall patching, minor pipe repairs, and smart home device setup while maintaining high standards for detail and cleanliness. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
