Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home installation within a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Manage scheduled appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, utilizing a company app to track jobs and tasks while providing direct customer service to homeowners. You will independently assess and troubleshoot issues, maintaining high attention to detail on finishes and repairs. This steady role includes a $1500 sign-on bonus, full health benefits, and mileage reimbursement for local driving.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm schedule
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call availability
