Job Summary
Conduct residential home repair and maintenance across carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades for a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Install smart home devices, perform minor pipe repairs, and manage fixture wiring while using a company app to track jobs and schedules. Provide customer service and build relationships with homeowners, maintaining high attention to detail on finishes and repairs. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with full health, vision, and dental coverage plus a $1,000 bonus after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail

- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm schedule
