Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades within a dedicated 40-50 home territory. Manage scheduled appointments for homeowners while using an app to track jobs and tasks. Provide customer service and build relationships by troubleshooting and fixing issues independently. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade handyman experience, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Earn $35/hr with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, working Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Includes 100% paid health benefits, 12 holidays, and 13 days PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
