Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades within a dedicated 40-50 home territory. Manage appointments for homeowners while using the company app to track jobs and schedules. Provide customer service and build relationships as the trusted handyman for each property. Requires 5+ years of multi-trade experience, a reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule includes Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm with no evenings, weekends, or on-call. Mileage is reimbursed for local driving between appointments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled across multiple trade areas
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
