Job Summary
Conduct active support for assembling and expanding container storage sites, including mounting and technical installations with minor electrical work. Execute maintenance and repair tasks at existing locations while documenting progress through daily reports and timesheets. Collaborate closely with site managers to ensure smooth implementation of work, even across adjacent trades, and apply creative, solution-oriented approaches to on-site challenges. Travel nationwide for approximately five days monthly to build and maintain our growing network of self-storage facilities across German cities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung
- mind. 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bau- oder Handwerksbereich
- Technisches Geschick
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Freude an körperlicher Arbeit
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 5 Tage im Monat (bundesweit)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Zuverlässiger und ordentlicher Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Materialien und Arbeitsbereichen
