Job Summary
Coordinate customer delivery enquiries and manage caravan orders through the dealer portal. Keep clients regularly updated on progress and ensure handovers are completed accurately and on time. Finalize paperwork for dealership and caravan show sales while resolving issues quickly to keep the customer experience front and centre. Work closely with sales and dealership teams to achieve handover targets. This role serves as the main point of contact from sale to final handover, ensuring an unforgettable experience for customers. The position is open to applicants with current full-time right to work in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- current full time right to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in the caravan, recreational vehicle or automotive industry
- Caravan towing experience is highly regarded
- Ideally, you'll bring: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Ideally, you'll bring: Confidence managing multiple customers and deadlines
