Handover / Completions Manager

Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategy, defining milestones and leading readiness reviews to ensure project close-out. Manage snagging and de-snagging processes while coordinating testing, commissioning, and documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals. Lead formal handovers to clients and authorities, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation to ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Minimum 10 years of total experience in project delivery with 3-5 years in handover or completions roles required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
