Job Summary
Provide shop floor with material/parts by driving a HiLo or Standup Tugger. Deliver material to production lines, organize and stock material in a JIT environment, and maintain 100%+ inventory accuracy in the ERP system. Maintain FIFO, perform cycle counts, and ensure safety policies are followed. Must be forklift certified within 8 weeks; high school diploma or GED required. Prior tugger experience is mandatory; teamwork and basic MS Office/ERP familiarity are valued. 100% inspection of incoming material, and adherence to 5S and safety standards are expected. Roles include receiving/shipping paperwork, replenishment, and supporting production between shifts. AI-assisted screening may be used; final decisions made by hiring team.
Required Qualifications
