Job Summary
Manage the full mortgage loan process from initial customer contact through to closed deals, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while actively following up interest applications. Guide clients through loan structures and cost breakdowns, ensuring all feedback is delivered within 24 hours. Conduct credit assessments and background checks, explaining legal concepts like land registry and loan-to-value ratios to customers. Collaborate closely with accountants, brokers, and IT teams to drive business forward, participating in daily team stand-ups to align on priorities and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av bolåneaffären
- 3–5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom lån, kredit eller rådgivning
- God förståelse för bolåneprocessen inklusive lagfart, kreditbedömning och LTV
- Erfarenhet av kundkontakt och service
- Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift
