Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and store priorities through continuous learning and teamwork. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
