Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging sales training programs focused on monthly membership conversion and gift card promotion. Coach front desk associates on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and upselling wellness services. Set and monitor individual and team sales targets for membership enrollments, renewals, and gift card revenue. Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and group huddles to review performance and celebrate wins. Develop sales scripts, role-play scenarios, and onboarding materials tailored to the spa environment. Partner with leadership to analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement action plans. Lead by example on the floor engaging with guests to demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors. Monitor membership retention metrics and collaborate on re-engagement strategies for lapsed members. Track and report on key performance indicators including close rate, membership growth, and gift card sales.
