Job Summary
Sales Coach responsible for designing and delivering training programs to boost monthly membership conversions and gift-card promotions. Train, motivate, and develop front desk and service teams to deliver a guest-centric experience from first hello to final checkout, while driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include coaching front desk associates on consultative selling, handling objections, and upselling wellness services; setting and monitoring individual and team targets for memberships, renewals, and gift-card revenue; conducting weekly one-on-one coaching and group huddles; developing sales scripts, role-play scenarios, and onboarding materials tailored to a spa environment; partnering with the Spa Manager, District Manager, and Owner to analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement action plans; leading by example on the floor to demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors; monitoring membership retention and collaborating on re-engagement strategies for lapsed members; tracking KPIs such as close rate and membership growth; offering perks like complimentary services and employee discounts; opportunities for ongoing professional development, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. Location: South Tampa, FL (on-site) with room for growth and advancement.
