Job Summary
Sales Coach and Manager responsible for training front-of-house teams to drive monthly memberships and gift-card revenue at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial. Design and deliver engaging sales training, coach on consultative selling, set and monitor targets for memberships and gift cards, run 1:1 and group coaching, develop sales scripts and onboarding materials, analyze sales data with leadership, and lead by example on the floor to optimize guest experience and revenue growth. Location: South Tampa, FL; franchise network with 600 locations across the US and Canada.
