Hand Sprayer (wet coat) Paint

Operate hand-held spray guns to apply primers, base coats, and clear coat finishes while inspecting products for defects like runs and uneven thickness. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble spray equipment, changing hoses and performing preventive maintenance on paint booth machinery. Adhere to safety protocols including consistent use of PPE such as respirators and paint suits. Requires steady hand, precision, and ability to stand or walk for the entire day in a fast-paced environment. This role offers 10-hour first-shift rotations at the Grand Rapids plant with opportunities to learn spray techniques.
