Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions including tendon injuries, fractures, arthritis, and repetitive strain. Perform custom orthotic fabrication, splinting, scar management, edema control, and functional rehabilitation. Complete documentation and communicate care plans with clients and families. Work independently or collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. New grads welcome with mentorship available. Hourly base pay ranges from $40.00 to $44.00 or salary from $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience. No weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited OT or PT program
- Active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)
- Ability to provide therapy
- Ability to communicate with clients and families regarding care
- Ability to complete documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications
- Interest or experience in Hand Therapy
- CHT certification
- Passion for making a difference in clients' lives
- Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
