Hand Hygiene Auditor (PRN Scheduled as needed)

Conduct direct observations of hand hygiene practices among nurses, therapists, physicians, surgeons, and support personnel across various clinical settings. Record compliance rates and techniques using electronic devices or paper audit sheets, then assess adherence to CDC, WHO, and Leapfrog guidelines at individual, department, unit, and shift levels. Provide immediate, constructive feedback to healthcare workers and upload collected data to support reporting and analysis. This part-time role focuses on weekend and evening shifts only, with training provided upon hire.
