Job Summary
Conduct sushi production across the full assortment including maki, California rolls, and loempia while managing all associated recipes. Operate cooling cells and strictly adhere to HACCP hygiene regulations. Perform general stand maintenance by cleaning, restocking, and monitoring product expiration dates. Work 38 hours weekly with a 3-month CBD rotation at a salary of 15,209.7€ gross per hour. A first experience in HORECA or the sushi sector is a plus.
