Hams Hall Warehouse Team Manager

Oversees daily warehouse activities, allocates resources, ensures performance across end-to-end warehouse operations, maintains external relationships with stores and other stakeholders, drives process improvements, ensures compliance and contributes to the People Plan through an HR business model, and leads a large team with role-model leadership. Strong understanding of safety, health, and environment policies; skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting information to drive change; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships.
