Job Summary
Drive store-level financial and operational results by consistently monitoring key performance indicator targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store goals. Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members while ensuring effective succession planning. Lead excellent customer service through in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and utilizing feedback to improve service quality. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting counts. Maintain visual and merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and adherence to operational guidelines, safety policies, and the Cash Handling Policy. Maintain accurate business, legal, and personnel records by performing daily and weekly payroll responsibilities and reviewing timekeeping records. Develop marketing opportunities and partner with mall management on promotional events. Work traditional retail hours consistent with a high-performing location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- 1 year proven, results-driven retail store manager experience is helpful
