Job Summary
Independent Delivery Partners needed for Hamilton, ON. Role involves courier ownership with partnerships, moving office supplies and packages for major e-commerce clients across North America. Must hold a FULL G license, maintain $2M liability and $10–15K cargo coverage, lift 50lbs, pass recent background checks, and start early mornings with Monday–Friday hours (weekends during peak season). Emphasis on reliability, organization, minimal supervision, and effective verbal communication; team-oriented and self-motivated. Training will be provided after onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Full G license
- 2 million dollars liability coverage
- $10-15 thousand Cargo coverage
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Criminal search (no more than 90 days old)
- Safe driving a clean drivers abstract (no more than 90 days old)
- Early morning start time
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday (weekends during peak season and when there is overflow)
- Ability to work effectively, be organized and with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills – verbal
- Motivated, reliable and dependable
- Team player
