Job Summary
Manage customer interactions via phone and email while providing support for services and products to maintain high customer satisfaction. Handle 24/7 rotational shifts with a 7h30 daily schedule including a 30-minute break, working from Ghent, Belgium in a hybrid setup after initial on-site training. Initial contracts run 1–3–6 months with relocation support and extra compensation for night and Sunday shifts.
