Job Summary
Halo Analyst / Platform Champion who is the internal owner for Halo PSA, driving automation and AI-enabled service management to transform Halo across Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management. Define and prioritise the Halo roadmap, collaborate with external Halo partners, promote platform adoption, and deliver measurable business value through automated triage, intelligent routing, and scalable workflows. Focus on reducing manual effort, increasing productivity, and aligning platform developments with operational objectives while maintaining governance and continuous improvement across the Halo platform. Experience with Halo PSA or similar ITSM, automation initiatives, and strong stakeholder management are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working with Halo PSA or a comparable ITSM platform
- Proven experience delivering automation initiatives and workflow improvements
- Understanding of AI-driven service management and modern service desk technologies
- Ability to define platform strategy and direction without necessarily being the hands-on technical implementer
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- Experience within an MSP or IT services environment (Desirable)
- Experience working with external vendors or platform implementation partners (Desirable)
- Exposure to service management frameworks and best practices (Desirable)
