Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team across multiple stores while ensuring departments remain well-stocked and organized. Oversee seasonal transitions, manage timelines and budgets, and address execution challenges to deliver top-notch results. Lead or assist with new store installations and department resets to maintain high merchandising standards. Balance leadership responsibilities with physical in-store work, including lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Manage time effectively across multiple locations while providing clear direction both in person and remotely. Primarily work daytime hours Monday through Friday with variable availability for holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Comfortable using smart phone technology
- Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
