Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores while ensuring departments remain well-stocked and organized. Oversee seasonal transitions, manage timelines and budgets, and address store execution challenges to deliver top-notch results. Lead or assist with new store installations and department resets to maintain high merchandising standards. Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work, including lifting 30-50 lbs and working on sales floors and stockrooms. Work daytime hours Monday through Friday with holiday availability, reporting to seasoned Field Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Comfortable using smart phone technology
- Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
