Job Summary
Execute Hallmark product programs at retail locations by managing merchandising, revisions, installations, and store support. Provide coverage for service schedules during vacancies, vacations, or sick days to maximize productivity. Train new and existing employees on merchandising processes and procedures while reviewing expenses with Retail Representatives. Partner with the Territory Installation Manager to ensure accurate and timely project completion. Maintain strong relationships with store-level management and communicate issues or opportunities to leadership. Requires frequent driving, physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis
- Frequent driving between store locations within the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently while following company guidelines and schedules
