Conduct daily merchandising activities in assigned retail accounts, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products according to master schedules and seasonal plans. Maintain weekly service visits while managing budgets and adapting to peak demand periods around major holidays. Provide coverage for vacant accounts, new store installations, and department revisions as required. Liaise with the Territory Manager and account management to ensure standards are met and share feedback for process improvements. Maintain strong relationships with store management and utilize smartphone technology for communication and task management.
