Manage inventory and merchandising activities in assigned retail accounts, including ordering, receiving, and product placement for everyday and seasonal items. Maintain weekly service visits while adhering to budgets and merchandising plans, with increased availability required during major season peaks. Provide coverage for vacant accounts, holiday periods, and seasonal demand, plus support for department revisions and new store installations. Liaise with the Territory Manager and account management to ensure retail standards are met and feedback is shared efficiently. Requires flexibility to address on-site issues and react to schedule changes.
