Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal resets and fixture installations. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and mass retailers while managing time-sensitive holiday support during peak periods like Valentine's Day and Christmas. Provide professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers. Work independently with an average of 11–20 hours weekly, including availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

- Work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend
- Part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections
- Notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments
