Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and execute seasonal resets and installations. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and mass retailers while providing professional interaction with employees and customers. Support fellow team members with installations, fixture building, and department relocations, often during evenings or weekends. Maintain availability for holiday periods, including work on actual holidays and weekends, and support extended services and inventory changes. Operate a digital hand-held device to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
