Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a provided mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Perform service work across various retail locations, including grocery, drug, and mass retailers, while utilizing technology for communication, reporting, and survey responses. Work independently to manage the entire product display at assigned stores, requiring availability for holiday periods, weekends, and extended hours during major seasonal changes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Must be available to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
