Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Lead holiday support operations during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Christmas, which may require extended hours and weekend availability. Execute department resets by installing fixtures, relocating card sections, and resetting displays, often working evenings or weekends with two weeks' notice. Support fellow team members across your territory as part of the field organization network. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally while operating on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Must be available to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
