Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a provided mobile device. Perform day-to-day engagement by maintaining professional interactions with store employees, management, and customers while reporting time and completing surveys. Support seasonal resets and installations, including building fixtures and relocating card departments, often during evenings or weekends leading up to holidays like Valentine's Day and Christmas. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels across assigned retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
