Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a mobile device, while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Lead seasonal holiday support and department resets, including installing fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections, often during evenings or weekends. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels across assigned territories. Work independently to showcase organizational skills and establish retailer relationships, with availability required for major holidays and extended hours during season changeovers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays
- Must be available for extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
