Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and department stores while providing professional interaction with employees and customers. Availability for holiday support, extended hours, and weekend work is required. This physically demanding role involves lifting up to 30 pounds and operating digital tools to report time and complete surveys. You will work independently as part of a network of merchandisers, with training delivered through live and virtual instruction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays
- Must be available to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
