Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across retail stores using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Lead holiday support during seasonal peaks like Valentine's Day and Christmas, often requiring extended hours or weekend work. Execute department resets by installing fixtures, relocating card sections, and resetting displays in coordination with local teams. Support fellow merchandisers within your territory as needed. This physically demanding role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
