Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •At least 18 years of age
• •Able to read, write and understand English
• •Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• •Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
• •Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
• •Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
• •Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
• •Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
• •Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
• •Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
• •Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
• •Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be able to work on the actual holiday itself (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day)
• •Must be able to work evenings or weekends for remodel assignments
• •Must be able to work independently
• •Must be able to establish retailer relationships
• •Must be able to collaborate with local store teams
• •Must be able to optimize product placement
• •Must be able to maintain inventory levels
• •Must be able to support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations
• •Must be able to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products
• •Must be able to utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark
• •Must be able to communicate with your supervisor
• •Must be able to report time
• •Must be able to provide feedback
• •Must be able to answer surveys for required merchandising activities
• •Must be able to have professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers
• •Must be able to be the face of Hallmark
• •Must be able to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service (on occasion)
