Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across retail stores using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Lead seasonal holiday support for major events including Valentine's Day, Easter, and Christmas, requiring extended hours and weekend availability during peak periods. Execute department resets by installing fixtures, relocating card sections, and resetting displays, often working evenings or weekends with two weeks' prior notice. Collaborate with local store teams and fellow merchandisers to optimize product placement and support seasonal installations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields
