Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Perform service work across various retail locations, including grocery and drug stores, while providing professional interaction with employees, management, and customers. This part-time role requires availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, and support for extended services and season changeovers. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, lifting and carrying merchandise up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. As part of the field organization, you may support other team members in their territories.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
