Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a provided mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets, and install fixtures, including building card departments and relocating merchandise. Work independently to manage the entire product display at assigned locations, reporting time and providing feedback via digital tools. Availability includes extended hours and weekends leading up to and following major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. This role supports Hallmark's field organization network, ensuring consistent product presence across grocery, drug, and department stores during peak seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
