Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers while managing assigned product displays. Support seasonal resets, fixture installations, and inventory adjustments for holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Christmas, often requiring weekend or evening availability. Collaborate with local teams to optimize placement and assist fellow merchandisers as needed. Work independently across grocery, drug, and mass retailers with a variable schedule of 6–12 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
