Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •At least 18 years of age
• •Able to read, write and understand English
• •Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• •Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
• •Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
• •Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
• •Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
• •Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
• •Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
• •Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
• •Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
• •Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields
• •Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
• •Must sign the Employment Agreement
• •Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
• •Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
• •Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check

• •Ability to work on the actual holiday itself (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day)
• •Ability to work extended hours during the work week
• •Ability to work evenings or weekend
• •Ability to be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections
• •Ability to be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments
• •Ability to be part of a network of merchandisers professionals that often times will support other team members as needed in their territories
• •Ability to bring fresh ideas, energy, and care to their work
