Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and mass retailers while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Support seasonal resets, fixture installations, and product relocations during holiday periods and extended service windows. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement and assist fellow merchandisers as needed. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working on weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Must be available the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Must be available to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
