Hallmark Field Territory Supervisor (part-time) leads and coordinates a team of 5-10 Retail Merchandisers across a defined geography, ensuring everyday and seasonal programs are executed in-store. Responsible for supervising service delivery, addressing retailer concerns, documenting performance, and leading department remodels and resets (including moving card departments, installing fixtures, and handling store relocations). The role involves supervising and supporting installation activities, maintaining department standards in various retail environments (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers), and physically guiding merchandising tasks. Strong emphasis on motivating both in-person and remote teams, managing timelines, building customer relationships, and applying Hallmark Best Practices. Requires ability to work a physically active retail floor environment, with a schedule that includes availability around major holidays and potential weekend work. Training is provided, and employees receive annual pay increases. The position is part-time with a variable weekly hours range of roughly 15–25 hours and a history of a starting hourly rate in the mid-teens to low-twenties, contingent on skills and experience.
